CLINIC STAFF
KIYA OLSON, MA, MS, LCPC, BCBA
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor & Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Kiya has been working with children and individuals with special needs, with an emphasis in pediatrics, since 2003. Her initial masters degree is in developmental psychology. She then attained a second degree in clinical psychology. For 18 years she owned and operated a clinic, ASPB, that specialized in providing developmentally focused behavior intervention to young children. Her clinic was set-apart from other agencies, because the quality of care for the client, individualization of intervention and family collaboration were prioritized with all clients. These same values continue to be essential pillars within her mental health practice.

Kiya is extremely active within the field of autism and serves on the board of the Illinois Autism Task Force, and on the sub-committees for insurance funding and act early, which prioritizes diagnosis and intervention services for our young children. She was also voted onto the Panel of Professional Advisors for the Autism Society of America. Additional certifications and memberships that she has earned are:
-
